Grant Consulting will lead you through the process of identifying the desired outcome of your lobbying effort. Once we have agreed upon a goal, we identify the resources necessary to accomplish it and identify milestones to measure progress.

Issues Management
Grant Consulting will help you define the issue(s) and then outline the goals to move your idea into the public domain and to motivate action. The issues will be framed to best appeal to the target audience, and other recommendations will be made to assure the desired outcome is achieved. Note: Issues Management can involve keeping the “issue” from becoming a “crisis.”

Communication and Education
Grant Consulting offers the development and implementation of strategies that advance your issue. These communications plans are managed the same—define the goal, outline the strategies and tactics and implement the plan. Grant Consulting also offers all collateral material support for this effort.

Crisis Management & Crisis Communications
Grant Consulting will provide you an objective and realistic view of the crisis situation. As soon as you call us, we will define the best possible outcome for the situation, plan how to achieve this outcome and implement the plan. Concurrently, Grant Consulting’s Crisis Communication’s staff will provide effective communication strategy, messaging and media coaching.
